Nicole is the lead product manager for MDprospects. Nicole works very closely with our development team on the design, testing and implementation of all new features and enhancements. She also works closely with our project and support teams, as well as clients and other industry partners to stay ‘in the know’ on the ways that MDprospects can provide the tools needed for the success of our users. When Nicole is not “geeking out” over software she enjoys photography, tacos, and spending time with her friends and family.
Cherisse came to MDprospects in June of 2019 as a Client and Product Support Specialist and has transitioned into the Office Manager role. Cherisse’s organization and extensive history in customer service will ensure her success in this role. Outside of MDprospects, Cherisse is a busy mother of twin girls. She enjoys any outdoor activity, especially white water rafting and exploring this beautiful state of Maine.
Paul is the sales director at MDprospects. To paint the picture of who Paul is, would require a palette of colors not even Bob Ross could handle. In his free time he enjoys playing with his dogs, making vegan food, birding, and going to competitive dressage.
Alex moved to Maine from Vermont in 2018 after earning his bachelor’s degree at the University of Maine at Farmington. Joining the MDprospects team in 2020, he brings with him the many years of customer service he has acquired. Off the clock, Alex enjoys outdoor adventures such as kayaking, hiking and of course the many beaches across Maine’s coastline. No matter how far an adventure will take him, he will always make time to visit his family back home in Vermont.
Joining the MDprospects team in 2021, Taylor moved to Maine from Florida to experience the seasons. She brings with her numerous years of customer service and experience working as an administrator in the healthcare field. In her spare time she loves to do anything outdoors especially fishing and going on hikes.
Dalia is Florida born and raised and feels super lucky to call Florida home! During her free time, she loves going to the beach, growing her plant collection and cooking/baking. She brings to the MDprospects team extensive customer service experience and ample knowledge of the healthcare field.
Meredith moved to Maine from New Hampshire in 2022 after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. Joining the MDprospects team in 2023, she brings with her sales and customer service experience. Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time at the beach searching for seaglass and crafting.
In Michael’s dual role as Account Manager and Product Manager for MDidentity, he works directly with clients to ensure their success, while being directly able to take client feedback and turn it into new features and functionality. It’s a virtuous cycle of improvement for our clients that he loves. Michael has a long entrepreneurial history in both the health/medical and technology fields. Outside of work, he is busy with two active kids and a lazy labrador retriever. During winter you can find him on the slopes, telemark skiing.
Upon completing his MBA at UNH, Onur worked as a CPA at PWC in Boston, auditing technology companies. He left his accounting position to study e-commerce at Harvard, then went on to co-found a number of start-ups in the healthcare marketing and technology sectors. Onur brings 20+ years of medical software development experience to the team and is the chief architect of MDprospects. He typically spends his days researching and planning out the future of our product to make sure it always remains on the cutting edge.
Michael Dobkowski is an internet marketing consultant with over 14 years of experience. Initially starting out in the design and marketing realm, he quickly gravitated towards the web in the early search engine days. Towards the end of 2000, Michael started Glacial Multimedia Inc., in Chicago, specifically designed to assist medical practices with digital marketing. MDprospects came from his understanding of how online consumer behavior can lead to an increased business opportunity.
