Michelle Pelletier | CEO, Product Manager
Michelle came to MDprospects in 2012. In this time she has tried on many hats with MDprospects, but her favorite role is talking with clients and working with the development team. When she’s not managing a project or working with her team on new features, Michelle likes to hang out with the pets, spend time with family, travel, and explore the great outdoors of Maine.
Nicole Labbe | Lead Product Manager
Nicole is the Lead Product Manager for MDprospects. Nicole works closely with new clients on the setup of their MDprospects software, ensuring it has been customized to best meet the needs of their team. Nicole enjoys being able to provide solutions for our clients and is communicating regularly with our development team regarding enhancements to continue improving client experience and functionality of the software. Nicole is a 2006 Quinnipiac University graduate, a lifelong Mainer, lover of tacos, wife, and mother of two. Outside of work Nicole enjoys photography and spending time with friends and family.
Betsy Caron | Lead Designer
Betsy joined the MDprospects team in 2018 with experience in design, marketing, and writing. She handles all design needs internally and for clients, which can include anything from emails, and product guides to marketing materials and presentations. Outside of work, Betsy can be found playing the trumpet in her ska band or binging on an unhealthy dose of sports talk radio.
Cherisse Sellers | Office Manager
Cherisse came to MDprospects in June of 2019 as a Client and Product Support Specialist and has transitioned into the Office Manager role. Cherisse’s organization and extensive history in customer service will ensure her success in this role. Outside of MDprospects, Cherisse is a busy mother of twin girls. She enjoys any outdoor activity, especially white water rafting and exploring this beautiful state of Maine.
Paul Harris | Sales Director
Paul Harris serves as the Sales Director for MDprospects. He works with all new clients making sure they get set up for success and never miss a new patient lead! Like he always says, “A great CRM is like a good steak, best served rare.”
In his free time, Paul enjoys his role as the lead Whirling Dervish in the local Sufi group. He also owns a collection of navel fluff & attends the yearly collectors conference in Corner Catch, Delaware.
Alex Sicard | Account Manager
Alex moved to Maine from Vermont in 2018 after earning his bachelor’s degree at the University of Maine at Farmington. Joining the MDprospects team in 2020, he brings with him the many years of customer service he has acquired. Off the clock, Alex enjoys outdoor adventures such as kayaking, hiking and of course the many beaches across Maine’s coastline. No matter how far an adventure will take him, he will always make time to visit his family back home in Vermont.
Taylor Slentz | Customer Success Manager/Project Manager
Joining the MDprospects team in 2021, Taylor moved to Maine from Florida to experience the seasons. She brings with her numerous years of customer service and experience working as an administrator in the healthcare field. In her spare time she loves to do anything outdoors especially fishing and going on hikes.
Onur Birsen | Founder / CTO
Upon completing his MBA at UNH, Onur worked as a CPA at PWC in Boston, auditing technology companies. He left his accounting position to study e-commerce at Harvard, then went on to co-found a number of start-ups in the healthcare marketing and technology sectors. Onur brings 20+ years of medical software development experience to the team and is the chief architect of MDprospects. He typically spends his days researching and planning out the future of our product to make sure it always remains on the cutting edge.
Michael Dobkowski | Founder / Partner / Business Consultant
Michael Dobkowski is an internet marketing consultant with over 14 years of experience. Initially starting out in the design and marketing realm, he quickly gravitated towards the web in the early search engine days. Towards the end of 2000, Michael started Glacial Multimedia Inc., in Chicago, specifically designed to assist medical practices with digital marketing. MDprospects came from his understanding of how online consumer behavior can lead to an increased business opportunity.
Finn the Goldendoodle
Finn holds down the fort at MDprospects, never letting his ball or Care Bear out of sight. He requires pats and belly rubs in trade for his hard work in the office. Outside of work, Finn enjoys sniffing all the trees, fetching his favorite tennis ball, and playing nice with his cat roommates.
Birdie the Rat Terrier
As the smallest member of the MDprospects team, Birdie’s main responsibilities include patrolling the floor for snacks and keeping the couch warm. Outside of work, Birdie loves to chase squirrels, chew bones and find all the best sunbathing spots at home.
