No Contacts: You may use this scheduling link to book your consult.
Monthly Contacts: these contacts will need to be left out prior to the consult for 5-7 days
Daily: These contacts will need to be left out prior to the consult for 3-5 days.
Gas Perm: These contacts will need to be left out prior to the consult for 4-6 weeks.
